Description A mixed grade White with needles and lower grades combined. On the rinse you will initially notice generic white tea notes but hang around for a few seconds and a wonderfully berry sweet aroma emerges! This is a very elegant and pure tasting White tea. Flavour wise things start off light, bright and low key. Moving through the infusions the tea deepens and sweetens with sparks of berries on the front. You may notice a sweet aftertaste. A fairly smooth structure makes this a balanced and elegant white.
