Fauxmage’s classic camembert style cheese is made from a base of fermented cashews, innoculated with penicillium camemberti spores, and ripened for 2 weeks to cultivate the velvety white rind that gives camembert its subtle mushroomy flavour. A must have on any vegan cheese board!
