This hat is made from luxurious velour felt in a beautiful light blue colour. The hat was made using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks. The brim is wired and wider at the front, narrower at the back. The hat is trimmed with a sand colour petersham ribbon and a leather bow with metallic print. The hat is lined on the inside with petersham ribbon.
