The hat is hand blocked from luxurious velour felt using traditional millinery techniques. I have added French veiling to give this beret a wedding look. The Swarovski encrusted stem gives just the needed amount of sparkle for this festive hat. The hat is wired for extra support and lined on the inside. The hat fixes with a hat elastic and was made to be worn on the left hand side of the head.
