The hat is hand blocked from wool felt using traditional millinery techniques and wooden hat block that is taller at the back. The hat is adorned with ombre pleat crinoline ruffles. This headpiece fixes with a hat elastic at the back of the head. This hat was made to be worn on the left hand side.
