This hat is handblocked using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks. The hat base is covered with exquisite black twill with sequins. I have decorated the hat with a classic silk bow at the bask of the hat. The hat is worn a la Jacqueline Kennedy style at the back of the head and fixes with a set of combs.
