The pillbox hat is completely hand made using traditional millinery techniques and a lot of skill and attention to detail. The base for this hat is hand blocked using buckram and other materials to give the headpiece it’s unique shape and smooth surface. The base is then covered with high quality dupioni silk. The hat is adorned with a dupioni silk bow. The pillbox hat is wired and lined. This hat is finished with a set of combs so that you can secure it at the back of your head a’la Jacqueline style. Occasion Hat This is an elegant hat, perfect for weddings, Christening, Race Day Events, cocktail parties and other festive occasions. Colours This hat can be made in a variety of colours. Bow The hat is originally made with a bow at the front, but should you wish the bow to be placed at the back of the hat, please select this option at checkout.
